In British Columbia, there are over 1,200 retail, business and municipal collection sites that collect all household batteries and cell phones from consumers for recycling through Call2Recycle®.
Consumers can drop off their cell phones and all household batteries weighing less than 5 kg each at any of the Call2Recycle collection sites. There is no charge for recycling.

If yes, please submit the Sign Up Form to become a registered collection site. There is no cost to participate in the Call2Recycle program.
Does your company currently pay a licensee fee to Rechargeable Battery Recycling Corporation (RBRC) and your company also sells batteries into British Columbia?
If your answer is yes to both, your company is required by the Ministry of Environment to send us a signed appointment letter indicating that you have selected RBRC as your agent. Click here to see a list of licensees that have provided the letter.
