Call2Recycle’s Board of Directors is comprised of both Independent and Member Directors. The Chair of the Board has a strategic role to play in representing the mission and vision of the organization. The Chair is accountable to the Board and acts as a direct liaison between the Board and the management of the organization through the President/CEO. The Chair ensures that the management of the organization functions properly, that there is full participation and quorum at meetings, that all relevant matters are discussed and that effective decisions are made and implemented. The role of Board Chair requires an estimated commitment of 12 days per year.
