INMETCO (Ellwood City, PA, USA)
- Located in Ellwood City, PA, INMETCO receives and sorts Call2Recycle's collection batteries composed of Nickel-Cadmiun (Ni-Cd), Nickel Metal Hydride (Ni-MH), and Nickel Zinc (Ni-Zn) chemistries. INMETCO is a fully permitted RCRA facility with a Part-B Storage Permit and a Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Commercial Recycling Treatment Facility Permit. The company is the only permitted true recycler of nickel-cadmium batteries in North America using a High Temperature Metals Recovery Process (HTMR), as well as being in compliance with all applicable regulations of the United States Environmental Protection Agency, the United States Occupational Safety and Health Administration, and the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection. INMETCO's EPA ID number is PAD087561015.
- Batteries processed at INMETCO produce a nickel-iron stainless steel master alloy which is sold to the stainless steel industry to make new stainless steel. The cadmium from Ni-Cd batteries is also recovered at INMETCO as a 99.9% purity metal and utilized to make new NiCd batteries.

Xstrata (Falconbridge, ON, Canada)
- Located in Falconbridge, Ontario, Canada, Xstrata's Sudbury Smelter facility receives Call2Recycle's Lithium Ion (Li-ion) batteries, where valuable metals (mainly nickel and cobalt) are recovered for a variety of applications.

- Located in Ville Ste-Catherine, Quebec, Newalta's Nova Pb, Inc. brand receives small sealed lead acid (Pb) batteries collected by the Call2Recycle program. The lead recovered from these batteries is used in manufacturing of new automotive lead acide batteries.
