Where can I find my Account Number (Site ID)?
- On your Call2Recycle box label
- If Purolator is your assigned shipper, you’ll find your SITE ID in the “NOTE” field on your shipping label.
- If Loomis is your assigned shipper, you’ll find your SITE ID in the “REF” field on your shipping label.
- In your initial enrollment email from Call2Recycle.
- Still can’t find it? Select the option to have it emailed to you.

Before ordering more boxes: Your site may already receive replacement boxes automatically through Auto-Replenishment.

Access Your Account
Enter your Account Number or Store ID and email address. If you don’t know your Account Number, select the option to have it emailed to you. Click ‘Submit’.
Check Account & Order Status
Confirm whether your site is enrolled in Auto-Replenishment and see all your previously submitted cases and their status.
Order Boxes if Needed
If your site is not enrolled in Auto-Replenishment, or you need additional boxes, click on the ‘reorder’ button to reorder collection materials. Boxes typically arrive within 5-10 business days.
AUTOMATIC REPLENISHMENT
Your site may already receive boxes automatically
Most collection sites are already set up for Auto-Replenishment (ARS), so you don’t have to keep track of when to order more boxes. Each time you ship a full box, we update the estimated number of boxes you have left. When you’re running low, we automatically send you more and email you when they’re on the way.
