Becoming a collection site for rechargeable batteries and cellphones is free and easy. Read through these simple steps.

“How do I schedule a box pick-up?”

The box comes with a pre-paid return waybill already attached! If you leave the box available where Purolator drops-off, they will pick it up the next time they visit your location. If you need to schedule a pickup, you can call Purolator directly at no charge. If you are outside of Purolator’s service area, please contact our Customer Service Team (888.224.9764).
